A calender dedicated to small business owners made of 12 different types of paper used by these tradesmen every day at work.
90 gr. wax paper the butchers use to wrap meat or the 70 gr. silicon craft paper to Turkish coffee sellers use to keep the coffee fresh... Each month is speacially designed for a different business with illustrations portraying a scene from theair daily lives. The calendear helped to improve the emotional link between the brand and small business owners which is one of the main goals of Akbank.
Feed is a seasonal food magazine.
Compared to other food magazines it is very rich in content. The number of e’s in the logo are increased to give this feeling of ‘fullness’ and to make them look like they are eating one another.
The logo on the cover serves as a plate and each issue of the magazine consists of a dish belonging to that season. The look&feel on the covers are carried to the whole editorial design. Just like the cover, the objects related to the articles are shot directly on the typography in a raw manner.
